The provider processes clients' personal data (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and communication. Data is not shared with third parties beyond necessary contractual partners (e.g., a photo lab for printing).

9. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@classicalportraiture.cz within 14 days of receiving the photographs. The provider will respond to the complaint within 30 days. Aesthetic complaints (a subjective dislike of the result) are not grounds for a refund if the photographs match the agreed style and technical standards.

10. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through agreement, or otherwise before the relevant court in the Czech Republic.

These terms are valid and effective from: September 1, 2026. The provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms. The current version is always available on the website.
